Third Wave Coffee is one of India’s largest coffee franchises, with 108 outlets in the country. When COVID and lockdowns hit, they were determined to find a way to bring the cafe to customers stuck at home. Thus, their FMCG line of products was born, requiring us to create copy, branding and packaging that wasn’t just informational but also experiential, evoking a sense of being at a Third Wave Cafe.
During their rapid physical expansion phase, I led copy development, collaborating with design teams to craft scalable communication systems for cafes. From menus and in-store materials to press releases, social media and more, I ensured consistency across all touch points, building a cohesive brand identity.
With big growth comes big changes like website overhauls! I planned, researched and executed the content for Third Wave Coffee's website refresh to boost traffic, increase sales and simplify the complex world of specialty coffee so that everyone could join in!
